Luohu will seize opportunities in AI and software information services to build a stronger software and information industry. It will further advance the "AI Plus" initiative, accelerate the development of the Sungang-Qingshuihe HarmonyOS ecosystem cluster, introduce the OpenHarmony ecosystem application innovation center, and promote application scenarios such as HarmonyOS schools, hospitals and banks.

Life and health

Luohu will focus on high-end medical devices, general health and biomedicine. It will attract more life and health enterprises with strong ecosystem-building capacity, build a global R&D and production base for disposable endoscopes, establish a dental specialty alliance and develop a "Greater Bay Area dental valley."

Safety, energy conservation and environmental protection

Luohu will develop more application scenarios with local characteristics, accelerate energy-saving and carbon-reduction upgrades, and support the R&D and application of technologies from national-level platforms.

Low-altitude economy and aerospace

Luohu will improve software and hardware infrastructure, promote the use of aerospace technologies in urban governance and public services, cultivate new low-altitude consumption scenarios and establish a low-altitude scenario innovation demonstration center.
